1. Provider

2. Contract Formation

By submitting an order, you enter into a binding purchase contract with MD Crochet. The contract is formed upon the email order confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). MD Crochet is not subject to VAT (small business under Art. 10 MWSTG, annual turnover below CHF 100,000). Displayed prices are final prices.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card, TWINT). Payment is due upon order completion.

4. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Items in stock: 3–7 business days. Made-to-order items (or quantity exceeding stock): 10–14 business days production time in addition to delivery.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

No legal right of withdrawal exists for individually crafted items (made to order or personalised colour selection) (Art. 40f Swiss Code of Obligations). For standard stock items, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt — goods must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty

The statutory 2-year warranty applies under Art. 197 ff. Swiss Code of Obligations. In case of a defect, please contact us within 2 years of the delivery date at ivaylo.ih.hristov@gmail.com. Please note that handmade items may show slight variations in colour and size — these do not constitute defects.

7. Handmade Items

All items are handmade. Slight variations in colour shades, size and texture compared to product photos are possible and typical for handmade products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, designs, product photos) is the property of Mila Stefanova Hristova and is protected by copyright. Use without express written permission is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
