1. Provider

2. Contract Formation

By submitting an order, you enter into a binding purchase contract with MD Crochet. The contract is formed upon the email order confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card).

4. Delivery

Handmade items may require a few days processing time. Delivery within Switzerland: 3–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists for individually crafted items (Art. 40f Swiss Code of Obligations). For defective goods, contact us within 14 days. Standard items can be returned within 14 days.
